By accessing VOCO TV or purchasing a digital subscription pass, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Digital Service Nature
VOCO TV delivers digital IPTV subscriptions and technical stream aggregation. Subscriptions are prepaid passes for 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months. We do not impose automatic hidden renewals.
2. Permitted Devices & Connections
Each account must strictly adhere to the number of simultaneous active screens purchased (1 to 5 devices). Connecting more concurrent devices than authorized may trigger automated line suspension to protect server capacity.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you experience persistent technical defects that our support team is unable to resolve within 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
